Loola please share your experiences with the new Becca range! What did you love and why? I wanna play with it too!!

The pallette is divine, 3 of them are new colours, the lip colour is an awesome YLBB colour that's a bit Snow White-esque, the eye colours, especially the creme one, are so lovely.

The Mineral Bronzer colour looks lovely, I thought I saw a few sparkles but Kate assured me is was sparkle free.

The Half Moon Brush - my GOD it was soft, it was like cuddling puppies, a total must have, I tried to talk Celeste into drawing a face on it and attaching it to her shoulder and talk to it throughout the day,

The Make Up Tote is so adorable, perfect for (based on my make up collection, anyways) carrying around a decent amount in your hand bag during the day - the little doll and pom pom's are so so cute.

The blush is lovely as the other ones are - the colour for me personally is a bit to terracotta but the texture and finish is amazing for anyone after that colour.

The Eye Tints - oh my....love love...The Vicuna one I am getting - it is fairly neutral but is lovely and luminous and a wonderful champagne beige type colour. The Paracus is described as ANtique Gold and I think that's fitting, it can be more on the sheer end or pack more punch, a deep brown with kinda bronzey gold, but not glittery. I wouldn't get it for theonly reason that I don't like darker colours all over my lid, What I tend to to and will do with Vicuna is have that all over my lid and I use the Becca Eyeshadow in Jacquard in the outer corners.

Great reviews Loola.

So far I have in my posession(as Kate and James realised when I pulled out a bag of testers at the Christmas party on Saturday night :chuckle:)
- Makeup bag
- Half Moon Brush
- Bronzer (I am sooo buying one of these too - they are Limited Ed and a hot colour and I don't want to run out!)
- I also have the Maraschino Lip Gloss which I am looooooving.
- Both Eye Tints (to see if I'll actually use them both or not - I reckon I'll end up buying the Opal one)

Loola, do you think the Vicuna would go with a charcoal colour? I think dark brown (like the Jacquard) looks funny on me. Have you tried any of the eye tints before, do they stay on all day?

I was at a Becca counter to get colour matched the other day,and the sa put Baroque on my nude lids, and while the colour is lovely,it creased and disappeared a bit in the middle of my lids after 3 hours. But I have oily lids, and I would like to try it again on top of UDPP as I really liked the colour. If your lids are dryer then it should last well. They didn't have Vicuna yet so I couldn't try it:tears:

Yep totally - it's not browny its neutral and lovely and easily worn with charcoal or any colour at all!!

Yes I have Baroque, I use it every day justabout - I have never had a problem with creasing and find it works lovely alone or underneath as a base and helps with staying power.

Tell him it was an essential - it is of such amazing beauty that your heart skipped a beat, and you thought of nothing but that until you had placed it in your cart - not even eating, drinking or sleeping. And all other cosmetic items paled in comparison:whipcrack:

I bought the Paracus eye tint yesterday (because I wanted to use it and SOMEONE had the tester in their bag :whipcrack:). I love it. It's somewhere between Baroque and Gilt, but with no sparkle.

I want the Vicuna also.

Gilly I haven't tried Vicuna but it looks a gorgeous colour, and with a base like Shadow insurance, you can wear anything. And you shouldn't be afraid of bright blush, anyone can wear any colour,as long as you apply with a light hand. Also a good brush helps, those duo fibre brushes work well for laying down a sheer wash of colour.
